Placing an order with us is simple and tailored to your needs!
Once your order is confirmed, modifications may be limited, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. We understand that sometimes you might need to adjust details or quantity, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

At Imprint Singapore, we strive to cater to both small and large orders.
Our minimum order quantity for T-shirt printing is typically 20 pieces. This allows us to maintain quality and efficiency while offering you the best value. For specific requirements or smaller orders, feel free to discuss with our team for possible options.
Yes! We offer the option to order a sample before you commit to a bulk order. This way, you can assess the quality and ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
However, in order to produce a sample, the order has to be confirmed with us first.
Should an order be cancelled after sample has been done, charges of $150/sample will apply.
Yes, a deposit is typically required to begin production of your order. The deposit amount varies depending on the size and specifics of the order.
We generally require payment to be completed before the order is dispatched. However, for established clients or under certain conditions, we may offer the option to pay upon delivery.
We encourage you to discuss this with our sales team to understand the payment options available for your specific order.
We accept payment via various government platforms, Gebiz, Vendors@Gov, Ariba and Sesami.
At the moment, we do not accept credit card payment, we only accept paynow, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
We offer two delivery options:
For urgent orders, expedited delivery can be arranged. Please mention your urgency when ordering, noting there may be extra charges.
We ship locally only, we do not provide international shipping.
You have a full spectrum of colors to choose from for your design.
If you have specific color requirements, such as Pantone matching, let us know beforehand, and we’ll make it happen.
We do not provide artwork designing services at the moment.
We will provide a digital mockup before production. We encourage you to review this proof closely for design accuracy, color, and placement.
Once you give us the green light, we’ll proceed with the printing, ensuring what you approve is what gets printed.
To keep your custom printed T-shirts looking great, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water with similar colors and avoiding bleach. Tumble dry on a low setting or, better yet, air dry. This will help maintain the print quality and fabric integrity for as long as possible.
If there’s an issue with your order due to a production error on our part, we offer refunds or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days for any concerns, so we can make things right!
Our custom T-shirts come in a comprehensive range of sizes, from 3XS to 7XL, to ensure a comfortable fit for everyone. If you have specific sizing concerns or need sizes outside this range, we’re happy to discuss custom solutions to meet your needs.
Yes, however visits are strictly by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
